Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with mushrooms and oatmeal. Snack: Low-fat cottage cheese with blueberries. Lunch: Venison burger, white rice and broccoli. Snack: Protein shake and a banana. Dinner: Salmon, quinoa and asparagus.
